What materials are the earrings and hooks made of?
The materials used in this collection are mostly 18k gold-plated findings. All ear-wires are gold-plated, hypoallergenic, and nickel-free for sensitive ears.
Why use gold-plated materials?
Using gold-plated findings allows me to sell my jewelry at an affordable price, while still providing a higher quality product than other collections where I have used uncoated/raw brass findings.
Can I have a pair of earrings modified because I can’t wear traditional hook ear-wires?
Yes. Please contact me directly if you need a pair of earrings modified. I am able to accommodate wearers who require clip-ons and those with small-medium gauges/plugs using lever-back, kidney or clicker ear-wires in place of the standard French hook ear-wire.
Why are there no duplicates / why is each pair one of a kind?
Long story, very short…Its how I like to create! I find creating these collections much more enjoyable, intimate and divinely guided when I am able to craft a unique product that resonates with the soon-to-be owner of the piece.
How can I maintain my piece(s)?
Store in a cool, dry place, like a jewelry box or bag when not wearing. Avoid direct contact with abrasives like salt water, soaps/detergents, and perfumes/colognes that may tarnish pieces quickly.
When is your next drop?
I am not currently selling jewelry due to my recent relocation. I plan to return when I have adequately rested and am inspired to create/sell once again!
Refund/Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the one of a kind pieces, earrings purchased are non-refundable and non-returnable. Should you have any issues arise with a pair of earrings from this collection specifically, please contact Natia directly. Repairs are handled on a case, by case basis and may require additional fees. Modifications for ear-wire substitutions can be made free of charge, and are handled on a case by case basis.
