Queer/Trans Yoga @ The Nest

This class is a slower paced vinyasa flow with a focus on self-love themes and organic/intuitive transitions between yoga postures (asana) for all levels. We explore the breath, grounded/seated warm ups, self-paced standing flow, and balancing postures before returning back to the ground to cool down and rest.
